why an inner pot riser?

give runoff somewhere to go.

when the inner pot sits on the bottom, there is no gap beneath it. a raised, open platform creates that space and lets runoff pass through. you still empty the water.

lift the inner pot.

create a gap above the bottom of the outer pot.

let water through.

the open top allows runoff into the space below.

adjust the height.

lift an inner pot that sits too low in its outer pot.

empty excess runoff. the riser does not prevent root rot or replace suitable watering and drainage.

how easy to start

3 steps. that’s it.

no tools. no guesswork. no fuss. just do it.

01

check the fit.

measure the inside base of the outer pot and check the nursery pot’s footprint.

02

drop the riser in.

place it flat inside the decorative pot.

03

set the inner pot on top.

check that the nursery pot sits securely before watering.

easy to live with

after setup, it stays simple.

no fussy routine. no constant fixing. just simple care when it needs it.

empty the runoff.

check collected water after watering and empty it before it reaches the inner pot.

keep the openings clear.

rinse away debris that blocks the honeycomb openings.

check it sits flat.

make sure the riser and nursery pot are stable when you put them back.

rinse and reuse.

remove the riser when cleaning the pots, wash with mild soap and water, then use it again.

side by side

same job. different thinking.

compare the details that change how it sets up, works and lasts.

is it for mine?

not everything needs the same thing.

your plant sits in an outer pot.

you keep a plant in its nursery pot inside a decorative pot.

water collects underneath.

you want space for runoff below the inner pot, with regular emptying.

the inner pot sits too low.

you need a little extra height inside a deeper decorative pot.

good to know

questions, answered.

everything you may want to know before getting started.

where does an inner pot riser go?

inside the decorative pot, underneath the nursery pot. it raises the inner pot rather than lifting the whole planter off the floor.

how does the honeycomb top work?

the platform supports the nursery pot while its openings let excess water drain into the space below.

do i still need to empty excess water?

yes. empty collected runoff before it reaches the nursery pot. the riser does not remove water.

will it fit every pot?

no. fit depends on the decorative pot’s internal base diameter, the nursery pot’s footprint and the height available inside.

does it prevent root rot?

no. it helps lift the nursery pot above runoff, but watering habits, drainage and emptying excess water still matter.

can it raise a pot that sits too low?

yes, where the fit is suitable. it adds height beneath the nursery pot inside a deeper decorative pot.

how do i clean it?

remove it when cleaning the pots and rinse with water and mild soap.
