before ordering.
a pre-order lets you reserve a product before it is ready for immediate dispatch. pre-order products will be clearly identified on the product page before checkout.

payment.
the full price of a pre-order, including any applicable delivery charge, is charged when the order is placed.
placing a pre-order reserves the product but does not mean it is ready to ship.

estimated dispatch timing.
the product page will show the estimated dispatch date or dispatch window available when you order.
this is a good-faith estimate based on the information available to us at that time. it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from the estimated pre-order dispatch window.

delays.
small-batch production, supplier timing, quality checks, freight and other unexpected events may affect a pre-order estimate.
if we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order and give you an updated estimate.
you may keep the order or cancel the affected pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

cancelling a pre-order.
you may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.
email info@madebystill.com.au with your order number. approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. our shipping policy and returns policy will then apply.
your rights under the australian consumer law continue to apply.

orders containing in-stock products.
if an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the full order will normally be dispatched together when every product is ready.
if you need an in-stock product earlier, place it as a separate order. separate shipping charges may apply.

product updates.
because some products are produced in small batches, we may make minor refinements that do not materially change the product’s purpose, key features or value.
if a material design, specification or colour change becomes necessary before dispatch, we will tell you and give you the option to continue or cancel the affected product for a full refund.

discounts.
a pre-order price or launch discount applies only during the stated promotional period and while the offer is available.
discounts cannot normally be added retrospectively after checkout.

if we cannot supply the product.
we may cancel a pre-order if we are unable to produce or supply it within the stated or a reasonable timeframe.
if this happens, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the cancelled product and any delivery charge that applies only to that product.

gifts and time-sensitive orders.
unless we expressly describe a delivery date as guaranteed, do not rely on an estimated pre-order date for a birthday, holiday or other time-sensitive occasion.
