what is included with each product?
the included contents are listed on each product page. a complete set, a matching extension and a separate accessory contain different parts, so check the list before ordering.
how do pre-orders work?
pre-order items are marked on the product cards. check the product page and our pre-order policy for the current dispatch information and conditions before ordering.
where can i find setup instructions?
visit setup & care and select your product. check the model and included parts before you begin.
are accessories compatible with every product?
compatibility depends on the product and model. check the named compatible products on the accessory page rather than assuming parts can be mixed between systems.
