we aim to describe and photograph products accurately. colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, materials and small-batch production.

some products are manufactured using 3d printing. visible layer lines and small variations in texture or finish are normal characteristics of this process when consistent with the product description.

these characteristics do not remove your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

plant growth, rooting, germination and product performance can be affected by the plant, seeds, growing medium, water, light, temperature, humidity, installation and ongoing care.

examples, demonstrations and customer stories show particular experiences and do not guarantee identical results in every environment.

prices are shown in australian dollars.

prices include applicable taxes where required. delivery charges and any available discounts are shown before you complete checkout.

we may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless you agree or an obvious error needs to be corrected.

a product marked as a pre-order is not ready for immediate dispatch.
